SUMMARY
  • Wall St closed 0.3% lower, as weak growth is expected to hit global economy. Japan reported a weak growth of 0.3% in the 2nd quarter. EU is expected to report a lower growth Tuesday.
  • Dow of 13,169 is heading for a retest on the previous high of 13,338.
  • Support is at 13,100. RSI of 61, is rising.
  • DOLLAR INDEX is lower at 82.4. Upside is at 86.2.
  • Crude oil is lower at USD92.8. Resistance is at 97.3.
  • Dollar yen is higher at 78.4 yen. Support is at 77.9.
  • Euro/dollar is higher at 1.233. Upside is at 1.262.
  • Gold is lower at USD1612. Upside is at 1740.
  • Shanghai closed lower at 2,136.
  • Singapore STI closed higher at 3,065.
  • Ringgit is weaker at 3.125. Downside is at 3.210.
  • S’pore ringgit is higher at 2.508. Upside is at 2.540.
  • Malaysian market closed higher at 1646. On the Daily chart, it is targeting 1710 over a longer term. Near term pullback support is at 1620. RSI of 66, is rising. Today’s range is between 1643 and 1653.
  • CPO Oct futures is lower at RM2835. Resistance is at 3066.
